We commit to a standard of excellence in safety that protects the health of our associates and customers. To support our value of safety, we have established a reward, recognition, and accountability system.

The most important factor of our commitment to a standard of excellence is our reward and recognition system for all associates who maintain an excellent safety rating. In order to be eligible to participate in the reward program, an associate must complete a calendar year with zero unsafe behaviors. 90-day incident free performances are also recognized by the team members.

FHI uses a system designed to reduce the frequency of unsafe behaviors that may potentially cause unnecessary injury to people and/or property. Unsafe behaviors result in accountability measures designed to bring acute awareness to the incident or unsafe practice. Our associates are educated on the correct practice to avoid future occurrences and all incidents are tracked and monitored to ensure adherence to our safety policies.
