Two of our greatest accomplishments were a fiscal year end productivity increase of 6.65% and the actual decrease of over 33,000 overtime hours! Further review though showed me in one year's time “My” FHI team (hours/load) had dropped 25% and the FHI (cases/hour) had increased 47.9%! FHI’s "whatever you need me to do" approach to customer service this past year has allowed us to move to a new level.
